To process oranges at faster rate was a challenge with traditional processors available in market.
To design a system where we should get only one orange in camera frame at a time and multiple camera were another challenging work.

A conveyer belt based system is used on which we can get orange one by one on camera frame. It helps in making the processing and algorithm implementation easier and faster. We were using multiple camera to cover all sides of an orange.
Designed & developed an processor based board to implement the algorithm.
Processor helps to improve image processing results for blemish, yellow, green part detection.
This rate can be increased in future implementation with help of high end processor with optimised algorithm and better camera module.
It helps customer to increase the accuracy & efficiency for orange sorting and find more end users for them.
It also helps end user to generate more revenue by providing good quality fruits to juice making industry.
